Tryout Prep Meeting

​This meeting is for players in peewee, bantam, midget and junior, who are looking to have a mental edge going into tryouts. We will cover the 4 key factors to being mentally tough and resilient. During the one day session we will be practicing these tactics to help you handle any adversity and emotions. We suggest you bring a piece of paper and pen to write notes and an open attitude to learn.
