Mental Preparation Camp for Tryouts

​This meeting is for players in peewee, bantam, midget and junior, who are looking to have a mental edge going into tryouts. We will cover the 4 key factors to being mentally tough and resilient. During the one day session we will be practicing these tactics to help you handle any adversity and emotions. We suggest you bring a piece of paper and pen to write notes and an open attitude to learn.

Time:  9 am to 12pm then 1pm to 3pm

2023 July 24 to 28 Advanced Shooting Camp U13/U15/U18 Players

First session  – Technique and accuracy 
Remaining Sessions  – Shooting in Stride, Pass receive shot, slap shot, one timers
Tips on quicker release and accuracy

Focus will be on wrist shot, stick handling and passing skills. Last 10 to 20 minutes will be cross ice game focusing on the skill(s) taught.
