PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE REGISTRATION WILL BE PROCESSED

Confirmation of registration will be sent within 3-5 business days of payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may cancel their enrollment in a registered program by email, two calendar months (60 days) prior to the start of the program; At this time, they will receive a full refund minus a $75.00 administration fee. 

Participants may request changes from one registered program to another registered program two month (60 days) prior to the start of the original program where availability allows. These changes will incur a $75 administration fee and must be submitted by email.

 

NO cancellations or changes other than medical will be accepted with less than 30 days notice before the start of the program; there are NO exceptions to this policy. 

Requests for cancellations based on medical conditions must be accompanied by a doctor’s letter and are still subject to the $75.00 administration fee.  No refunds will be granted for missed skates prior to email notification of injury.

CORE HOCKEY TRAINING strictly adheres to ALL Public Health Guidelines and Arena policies.

For the safety of ALL players and coaches, please notify us promptly if you need to withdraw from a camp due to a contagious infection.

Contagious Infection Refund Policy: Credit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis for situations where a participant develops symptoms of a contagious infection or is mandated to quarantine due to primary contact. We will require all claims to be substantiated with a medical certificate or equivalent documentation. An administration fee of $50.00 will be withheld. Missed sessions prior to notification will not be credited.

Medical Release

In consideration of the participant and his/her parent or guardian being permitted to register the participant, and participate in a Core Hockey Training program, we do hereby permanently release and discharge Core Hockey Training program, it’s Directors, Agents, Employees and any other person or corporation connected herewith, from all manner of action, injury, damages, costs, claims or demands which we shall or may hereafter have, suffer or receive by reason of such registration and or participation in the program. The release shall be binding on our heirs, assigns, executors and administrators.

Equipment

We hereby agree that it is not the responsibility of Core Hockey Training program to provide players with the proper equipment. It is agreed that the responsibility lies with the player and if the proper equipment is not worn, the individual will not be allowed to participate in the program. It is further agreed that Core Hockey Training program is not responsible for lost or stolen personal articles or equipment, be it stored, locked, or unlocked. There are no exceptions.

Image Release

We hereby agree and give permission for images of my child, captured during any Core Hockey Training program event or activity through video or photo, to be used solely for the purpose of Core Hockey Training program promotional material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

Email Marketing

We hereby agree by registering that our email can be used for Core Hockey Training program marketing to send emails. If you do not wish to be included on this list you can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of the email.
